TEDOA’s Youth Character Building Program: Nurturing Leadership in Sar-e Pol province

Tahzib Educational and Development Organization for Afghanistan (TEDOA) embarked on a transformative one-week journey, organizing the “Youth Character Building” program in the heart of Sar-e Pol province. This intensive initiative focused on nurturing the potential of the region’s youth, equipping them with skills to become responsible leaders.

The program covered a comprehensive curriculum, including essential topics such as character development, the role of positive activities in society, and the art of time management. Expert facilitators, including Mawlavi Abdulmunir Sharifi, Engineer Esmatullah Amiri, and Shujauddin Azizi, guided the participants through interactive sessions, fostering a profound learning experience.

The dedicated youth who attended the program actively engaged in discussions, embracing the opportunity for personal growth. The curriculum’s relevance and impact were evident, as participants gained a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and potential that come with character building.

TEDOA’s commitment to recognizing and certifying these young leaders was demonstrated on the final day. In a  certificate distribution ceremony, the 50 participants were honored for their dedication and active participation. The event was attended by the responsible officials of Tahzeeb in Sar-e Pol province, acknowledging the achievements of the remarkable youth.
