Ray of Light for a Better Tomorrow
Tahzib Educational and Development Organization also known as TEDOA have done a precious job in preparing Afghan youth to make them able to cope with the rapidly changing world and taught them fundamentals of computer education. Within the framework of the computer course that was held for a month , 30 students studying in Sar-e-Pul province received crucial information and practical skills in Microsoft Office, Windows, Graphic Designing by Photoshop, and Internet browsing.
Computer Course Content:
Microsoft Office Suite: Students were also oriented on the basic applications of Word, Excell and PowerPoint, they were able to type documents, work and design a spread sheet and not least prepare and design a power point show. Such skills are useful in academic and employment-related endeavors, aiding in the organization and progression of content.
Windows Operating System: Participants benefited from the practical training of the Windows operating system, ways of files and settings, the basics of operation, and solutions. It also helps them to be in a position to be able to proficiently work on computers and their resource.
Photoshop Basics: In this article, an introduction to Adobe Photoshop enabled the students comprehend the field of image editing and graphics designing. They discovered how to colour pictures, add cool effects and arrange objects in some more or less artistic ways thus encouraging creativity while opening the doorway to a potential design corridor.
